Amended Notice of Annual Owners Meeting
Aloha Owners:
In light of the extended restrictions for travelers into the state of Hawaii due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic COVID-19 as well as the fact that Maui County mandates that gatherings be no more than 10 people, the Annual Owners Meeting for Kihei Kai Nani has been postponed and rescheduled for Saturday, May 22, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. HST. Currently the location of the meeting is undetermined. Additional information, along with the amended Proxy and Statement of Intent Forms, will be forthcoming.
The next Board of Directors meeting will be held via Zoom on January 27, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. HST.
