Serving on the Board is a great way to put your views and opinions into action. We urge you to be involved with your property!
Candidates should be Owners “in good standing” with the Association and be willing to serve without compensation.
At the upcoming Annual Owners Meeting, to be held on January 29, 2022, you will be voting to elect five Directors to serve 2 three years terms, 2 two-year terms, and 1 one-year term.
The Directors whose terms will be expiring are Ethel Belway and DiAnne Durossette. The Directors terms who expired in 2021 are Barry Ewing and Jeff Kern. There is one vacant position. Board members are expected to attend all regularly scheduled meetings.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors or wish to solicit proxies, please complete the “Statement of Interest” and return it to Destination Maui, Inc. We will also need a resume’, which shall not exceed one single-sided 8½” x 11” page. Resumes’ will be included with the next Notice of Meeting.
