Mandatory 14-day quarantine for arrivals extended to October 1, 2020 Hawaii’s mandatory 14-day quarantine for all arrivals is in effect through October 1, 2020. Don’t risk illness, arrest or fines — visitors and returning residents alike. The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau notes that the state’s quarantine order is unlike any other in the country.
