Projects and Repairs on the Property

  • Purchased 2 new Large commercial electric dryers and 1 stack smaller electric dryer.

  • Plumbing repairs we done in units, 232,222, and 122.

  • Replaced the planter boxes around the pool wall and smoking areas.

  • Added new handrails to the stairs behind building #6 to bring up to code.

  • The shower trees on the entry drive have all been trimmed.

  • We added 3 large palms along the fence line behind building #9.

  • Started trimming the large trees behind all the buildings on the south side of the property.

  • The driveway speed bumps have new stripes.

  • All stairways have been cleaned. (ongoing)

  • The pathway stairs have been painted with yellow sand paint for none slip.

  • Added plants to the front of building #6.

  • The was an electrical upgrade to the laundry room and office building.

  •  

    The lower foot shower has been rebuilt.
