Trees, Hedges, Plants Trimmed trees on Lot 1-A; removed four palms. Trimmed hedge by fence at north side of the property. Planted 4 Coconut Palms to replace those that were removed. Planted row of Tee plants along the end of building 6. Added some Ice Cycle plants beside the planter boxes of building 2. More will be added. Walkways and Stairs Finished new walkway from parking lot to building

By the end of 2017, Spectrum will be upgrading all bulk properties, such as ours, to Standard (Digital) Service, which will require a converter box for each TV in your unit.
