Manager’s Report June 27, 2018 Projects and Repairs on the Property over the Past Month   Gas Line • Replaced main gas line from the large propane tank to laundry room. Trees, Hedges, Plants Trimmed trees on Lot 1-A; removed four palms. Trimmed hedge by fence at north side of the property. Planted 4 Coconut Palms to replace those that were removed. Planted row of Tee plants along the end of building 6. Added some Ice Cycle plants beside the planter boxes of building 2. More will be added. Walkways and Stairs Finished new walkway from parking lot to building

KKN Plumbing Update – August,  2017 The KKN Board of Directors is charged with making sure our monthly owner’s dues are used wisely and that our 1970’s property is maintained, repaired and kept in good condition. KKN Gets New TV Cable and Wifi Package from Spectrum Our cable TV and Internet supplier, Oceanic Time Warner Cable, has been sold to Spectrum. By the end of 2017, Spectrum will be upgrading all bulk properties, such as ours, to Standard (Digital) Service, which will require a converter box for each TV in your unit. They are offering 2 converter boxes for each unit at no extra cost, while they are installing them.
