House Rules Addendum – July 2017

1. No noisy renovation work may take place on Sundays, Thanksgiving Eve and Day,
   Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day and all other holidays in which the
   KKN office is closed. This includes Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
   Day,Kamahamaha Day and Veteran’s Day.
    
2. Tile cutting, sawing and other loud renovation work must be done WITHIN the condo
   being worked on. It may not be done on the lanai or on the grass outside the unit
   without manager’s permission.
    
3. All firearms, air guns, cross bows and similar destructive devices must be cased or
   disarmed when in common areas; nor may any cleaning and repairs of said items be
   done in common areas.
    
4. Owners must comply with office guidelines regarding installation of all window AC
   including portable window ACs. Rusty, leaky and noisy window AC’s must be
   replaced.

Reminder to owners: The House Rules state that all window coverings must appear
white or off white on the side facing the exterior. (Some owners are not in compliance
and will be notified to make the needed changes.)

Please remember that after 1 warning, non-compliance with the House Rules can
lead to a fine of up to $50 per day for violation of the rule.
