All Home Owners should have recently received a letter from Atlas Insurance which describes recent changes in your personal insurance coverage requirements. Please review and respond to the new requirements for your personal H06 homeowners insurance.  Below is some background regarding the communication from Atlas Insurance. KKN Stair Painting Schedule

Important All Owners KIHEI KAI NANI STAIR PAINTING SCHEDULE Staff will begin painting stairs January 17, 2023 at 8:30am and stairs will be accessible again at 2:00pm. Getting Information via E-Mail from DMI

From time to time, DMI sends out communications to owners.  We would like to use E-Mail for these communications because they are faster and less costly.  DMI will not send out E-Mails to owners unless they have been specifically authorized to do so .  This requires completion of a form and sending it to DMI.  This is a link to the form.  NOTE FOR OWNERS OF MULTIPLE CONDOS:  When completing the form, make sure to indicate ALL the condos you own at the top of the form.

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE February 2022 Hi Everyone, There have been changes at Kihei Kai Nani since the last President’s Letter in December, 2021. The first change was in our Board of Directors. After the election at the January 29, 2022 Owners’ Meeting, five Board members retired, and five new Board members were elected for the first time. The new officers are: Max Craddock (244) Vice President; Tom Mitchell (222) Secretary; Liz Voigt (153) Treasurer; and I am now the new President (375).
