2017 Thanksgiving at KKN

2017 KKN Thanksgiving Day Celebration Owners,residents,and guest of Kihei Kai Nani enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner out at the Pavilion in our complex.  While it was a bit windy everyone enjoyed themselves and the dinner was absolutely wonderful. Approximately 90 guests were joined by President of the Homeowners Association Ethel Belway and Board member Wayne Braid.  Guests included many from Canada, the USA of course, from Germany, the Netherlands and from South Africa. Transient Accommodations Tax ( TAT or Hotel Tax ) increase

Effective January 1, 2018, the Transient Accommodations Tax ( TAT or Hotel Tax ) will increase by 1%  – from 9.25% to 10.25%.  The rate applies to all transient rental accommodation statewide. The Transient Accommodations Tax is levied upon every operator and plan manager on the gross rental or gross rental proceeds derived from furnishing transient accommodations.
